For the owner who built something real and became its most trapped employee. I worked 60 hour weeks running a landscaping company in South Florida. Today the systems I built answer leads, chase invoices and run the follow ups, and I run that company plus two more in about 20 hours a week. On Thursday I show you the three shifts that made that possible, and you leave knowing which one to make first.

"It is a night-and-day difference from feeling so overwhelmed with AI and just kind of lost and not knowing where to start to actually having a map."
You will get the Zoom link by email the moment you register.
No card, no cost. Just show up.
P.S. Coming Thursday September 3? There is a $47 VIP option: a personal 15-minute Q&A with me, the replay (free registration does not get one), and access to my Time & Energy Audit calculator. More on this right after you register.
You opened your inbox this morning and let it decide your day.
Three follow ups you meant to send never went out, and you already know which lead went cold because of it.
Every decision routes back through you, because you are the only one who knows how any of it actually works.
You have ChatGPT open in a tab right now, and you are still doing all of it by hand.
And the work you are actually brilliant at, the work clients pay you for, is waiting until after dinner again.
None of that is a work ethic problem. You have plenty of that, it is what built this. It is what happens when a business is built to run on one person. That part is fixable, and it is what Thursday is about.
I co-own a landscaping company in South Florida. For years I was the first one in and the last one out. Sixty hour weeks. Every quote, every follow up, every invoice, every fire went through me.
The business was growing and my life was shrinking.
What changed was not hiring more people. It was learning to hand the repetitive work in my business to AI systems I built myself. Today those systems answer leads, chase invoices, and run the follow ups, and I run that company plus two more remotely in about 20 hours a week.
That shift is teachable. This training is me teaching it.
Thirty seconds, first name and email, no card.
Ninety minutes, camera optional, and you can put your actual business in the chat and get an answer about it.
You walk out knowing which jobs should stop routing through you, why your last AI attempt did not stick, and what the next 90 days look like for a business shaped like yours.
If you read that list and recognized your own week, Thursday is for you. I wrote this training for one person, and it sounds like you. Come and bring the thing that is eating the most of your time. That is the one we start with.
Every one of them was doing the thing by hand for years before they stopped. What they say afterward is never "great information." It is the map, the hand-holding, and a system finally running.

Before: Overwhelmed by AI, frustrated, wanting to learn and getting lost in it, with warm leads going cold because the follow-up lived in his head.
During: Followed the map, showed up to the weekly sessions, put in hours of his own time going through the process step by step.
After, in his words: "A night-and-day difference from feeling so overwhelmed with AI and just kind of lost and not knowing where to start to actually having a map. Things are getting there, and I could see a light at the end of the tunnel for sure."

Before: Spending 10 to 15 hours every single week, for 15 years, on the same small touch points, none of which were photography.
After, in her words: "I am beyond stoked that things I have been spending 10-15 hours EVERY WEEK for the last 15 YEARS are now being handled by something else... now I can use that time to be with my family or actually do sales in my business. I would have NEVER figured out these solutions without you."
"She has a rare ability to take something that feels overwhelming and make it feel completely doable. If you're considering working with her, don't hesitate."

In her words: "I use Claude everyday. It's adding new products to my website for me, adding best before dates in click up, ordering stock for me. These tasks alone would take me half to a whole day PER WEEK to complete!!! I did a lot of back and forth to get it right but it has the memory now and it does exactly what I want."

In his words: "I originally started my AI journey with a course called the AI Advantage which was from Dean Graziosi and Igor Pogany (and Tony Robbins). You have taught me 10x this course just over 90 days… Running my morning briefing and love this."

In her words: "You're helping us to lay a really solid foundation, like our voice, and our brand kit… you don't get good outputs if you don't have good input… the step-by-step, it's very meticulously put together, and I just really am grateful for this."

In his words: "What I am finding in this course is it's way more than what I thought it was going to be… I know I can't scale until I have the system… I'm already recommending lots of people to you, because it's, like, you're amazing."

In her words: "The hand-holding is what I need, and I've not found anything else like this. You break it down, you walk us through… it's very, very nice and easy to follow."
Partly, and I would rather tell you now than surprise you. The first hour is teaching, and at the end I will tell you about the program I run, because some of you will want help installing this. If that is not you, log off at that point. You will still have everything you came for.
No. I am not a software engineer. I paid a freelancer $700 and waited five months for a bot that did absolutely nothing, and then I learned this myself. If you can train a new hire, you can do this.
The members I work with right now include a landscaper, a photographer, a demolition contractor, health coaches, an insurance broker and a real estate broker. Every business has marketing, sales, operations and admin. The systems differ, the method does not.
That is the most common thing I hear, and it is the reason Shift 3 exists. It did not stick because of the order you did it in, not because of you and not because of the tool. Thursday is largely about that.
About 90 minutes including Q&A. Live is where you can put your own business in the chat and get an answer, which is the part people say was worth the time on its own.
Four things. A personal 15-minute Q&A with me before the training. The replay - free registration does not include one, so if you can only make it live as a free registrant, that session is the only shot you get; VIP gets the replay. Access to my Time & Energy Audit calculator, which shows you exactly which hours to automate or delegate first. And if you join the Accelerator, your $47 comes straight off the price. Your free seat is saved either way.
Yes. No card, no cost.
Nothing. Bring the one thing eating most of your time. That is the one we start with.
You are right, you do not, and that is the whole problem. You have not had a spare 90 minutes in years, which is precisely why nothing has changed. This is the one Thursday where you spend them getting the next twelve weeks back instead of spending them the way you spent last Thursday.
So have I, and that is why I run this one the way I do. I am not showing you which button to press, because the button was never your problem. You leave with a decision and an order of operations, and if that is not what you get, you have lost 90 minutes and nothing else.
Maybe. Bring it and find out. Put it in the chat and I will take it live, in front of everyone, and either it fits or it does not and you will know inside two minutes instead of wondering for another year.
You can always make more money. You can never get your time back. Thursday costs you 90 minutes of the first one to find out how much of the second you have been giving away.
I want to tell you about a drive on I-95.
We had sold our e-commerce business and gone from living on a sailboat, scuba diving whenever we felt like it, to four walls and ten hour days running a landscaping company we had bought with a $500,000 loan. I had a seven month old. I was pregnant with the second. The seller had taken money, the manager had quit and taken the crew with him, revenue was down by half, and we were down from twelve employees to two.
I was driving the work truck. A Ferrari went past me and I remember thinking, very clearly, I was supposed to be driving that. Not this.
Then I paid a freelancer $700 and waited five months and she handed me a bot that did absolutely nothing. And somewhere in the middle of being furious about it, I realized she had not written a single line of code. Which meant I could learn it.
That company did over $70,000 in sales in a single month after that, and I am not a software engineer. Later we turned down an offer to buy it, because it no longer needed us.
I am not going to pretend 90 minutes on a Thursday changes your life. What it does is save you the part I did the expensive way. The most expensive way to learn anything is through experience. I learned it through experience. You do not have that excuse anymore.
There is no point in a career if you do not get to live it the way you want to live it. If that sentence did something to you, come on Thursday and bring the thing eating the most of your time.
Andrea
