I wanted my freedom back.
Hey, I’m Andrea. I never planned to become an “AI expert.”
I built an e-commerce business that let me sail across the Caribbean. Then I sold it, bought a home-service business, and lost the freedom I’d built.
I started using AI to solve the problems keeping me tied to the business. As I rebuilt our systems, I could step away from the day-to-day and live on my terms again.
That experience led me to start an AI consulting business and share what I was learning with other owners.

What are the ways to work with Andrea?
The AI Business Accelerator guides you as you build your own systems. Crewless is the implementation path when you want Andrea’s team to build systems in your accounts. Compare the two paths.
Do I need to be technical to join the Accelerator?
No. The program uses plain-English instructions and no-code tools. You describe what the system needs to do, build it with guidance, and learn how to review the output.
How much time should I plan for each week?
Plan for three to four hours per week. The live build session is 90 minutes. Between calls, you run the system you built, review the output, and bring your questions to the next session. Review the current program details.
What are CEO Files?
CEO stands for Context, Expectations, and Operations. Your CEO Files document how you think, the standards you expect, and how work should run, so your team and AI systems have clear guidance.
