This website, andreapalacio.ai, is operated by Andrea Palacio. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
Information you give us through forms.
When you register for a training or webinar, apply or enroll in a program, or fill out an intake form, we collect what you type in: typically your name, email address, and sometimes details about your business.
Payment information.
Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We receive confirmation of the payment and basic details (your name, email, what you bought, the amount).
Webinar and event registration data.
When you sign up for a live session, we record your registration and, after the event, whether you attended, so we can send you the right follow-up (for example, a replay link).
Cookies and analytics.
Some pages use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar analytics tools. These set cookies and tell us things like which pages were visited and whether a visit came from an ad, so we can measure whether our advertising works. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings or ad-blocking tools, and through your ad preferences on Meta's platforms.
How we use it
- To deliver what you signed up for: program access, training links, workbooks, receipts, and support.
- To send reminders about sessions you registered for.
- To send marketing emails about our programs and free trainings. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing email. We may still send transactional email tied to something you bought or registered for, like a receipt or a Zoom link.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as needed to do the work:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit): email delivery and email list management.
- Zoom: live trainings, webinars, and coaching calls.
- Meta: advertising measurement via the Meta pixel, as described above.
Each of these providers processes your data under its own privacy policy and our agreements with them. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and run the business: while you are a subscriber, registrant, or customer, and afterward as needed for legitimate business records (for example, purchase records kept for accounting and tax purposes). If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our systems except where we are required to keep it (such as payment records).
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
To make any of these requests, email andrea@andreapalacio.ai and we will respond as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over your data, and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
Children
This site and our programs are for business owners and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
